While browsing.... I gone through these lines in wikipedia..
" On 8 April 1929 Bhagat Singh threw a bomb onto the corridors of the assembly. The bomb neither killed nor injured anyone and also the bomb was not powerful enough to cause injury, and by the fact that the bomb was thrown away from people. Bhagat Singh was sentenced to death for the bombing on 12 June 1929."
Then my heart cries by thinking about the present situation...
"Mohammad Ajmal Amir Kasab killed 166 and injured 238 people while billions of people witnessing the situation on 26 Nov 2008." This is the real fact that every Indian knows..
Around 35 crore rupees have been spent to keep him in jail till now.
A Mumbai Special Court on May 6, 2010, sentenced Kasab to death on four counts.
Then he appealed to High court.....
Then the news is "Bombay high court has upheld the death sentence on 21 Feb 2011." by writing a 1200 pages judgement.
It took these many months to give this obvious judgement from the date of the incident...!!!!
On 23 Feb 2011 the news is " Kasab to appeal against death sentence in Supreme Court"
Hope Supreme court gives the same judgement early lets say after a year...
If sentenced to death then he will be the 52nd person on death row in India....
At least 100 people in 2007, 40 in 2006, 77 in 2005, 23 in 2002, and 33 in 2001 were sentenced to death (but not executed).....So even after judgement we don't know when he will be hanged..!!!!!!!
Why we act such as stupids...instead of killing him with a stroke...Why these use less procedures and spending so much of time, man power , huge amount of money around 35 crores (Instead this amount shall be given to families of victims who died in that incident)...
IF BRITISH FOLLOW THE SAME PROCEDURE WE MAY NOT LOOSE EVEN ONE FREEDOM FIGHTER.......
For a person who did such a crime with witness of billions is not punished till date then what about the normal crimes comparatively......:-(
Oh GOD what shall we do to change my Countries mentality...Change their attitude.....Please bless my nation and save my country..Please..!!!!!!!!!!
